midnight basketball Darwin is back!

Midnight Basketball is a youth social inclusion program using basketball as a youth engagement tool to engage up to 60 local at risk youth aged 12-18, during peak times where there is minimal support services available.

Friday and Saturday nights are the highest risk period of the week for teenagers, a time when most other services and activities are not available. Midnight Basketball is a fun yet disciplined program combining sport and education to fill this gap.

TOURNAMENT 3

Midnight Basketball Tournament 3 runs until December 1, 2016 at Darwin Basketball Stadium. Over 50 Volunteers and 93 players have registered this tournament, making  this tournament the most popular yet!

Even though registrations have closed, everyone is welcome to come down, have a feed and cheer the players on.

Interested in volunteering? We are always looking for volunteers in the following roles:
– Catering helpers
-Coaches
-Assistant coaches
-Workshop Supervisors
-General Assistants.

Anyone with any skill or interest can apply to volunteer – you just need to be over 18 and have a valid Ochre Card.
